Manchester United fans call upon Paul Pogba to convince Raphael Varane to move to Old Trafford
Manchester United fans are excited after Paul Pogba posted a picture on Instagram of him posing alongside Raphael Varane and Antoine Griezmann.
The trio is together with the French squad ahead of the European Championships. While the post may not mean much, United fans were quick to voice their opinion.
The Red Devils are in need of a dependable centre-back to start alongside skipper Harry Maguire next season. Varane is amongst the best in the business and would be a worthy addition to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side.
With just a year to go on his deal at Real Madrid, he could be on the move this summer. Moreover, with French legend Zinedine Zidane no more the manager, we could be given a further boost.
A number of fans took to Twitter and asked Pogba to convince the defender to join him on the journey back to Old Trafford. Of course, it won’t hurt if the United ace puts in a good word on the club’s behalf.
