Manchester United are keeping tabs on Wolves winger Diogo Jota
Manchester United are keen on Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Diogo Jota, according to Calciomercato (h/t The Sun).
The 23-year-old has been in impressive form this season and has scored 12 goals and five assists in 33 appearances for Wolves.
The winger netted a hattrick as Wolves hammered Espanyol 4-0 in the first leg of the Europa League last 32. This is the player’s second consecutive hat-trick in the competition, making him the joint top scorer in the competition.
The performance against the Spaniards has caught the attention of Manchester United. The report claims that Ole Gunnar Solksjaer is a huge fan of the player interested in bringing him to Old Trafford.
United have been keeping tabs on Jota for a while now, with his consistency a huge selling point.
The Red Devils are keen to strengthen their forward line in the summer. They have already strengthened their midfield by signing Bruno Fernandes in the January transfer window.
