Christian Eriksen considering a move to Man United
Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen is reconsidering a move to Manchester United after his reported Real Madrid move fell through, according to the Mirror.
It is understood that Los Blancos have halted their interest in pursuing the Danish international given that they have a made a flurry of new signings in recent times and are prioritizing Paul Pogba as well.
Earlier, Madrid had a ‘£45million bid plus Dani Ceballos’ offer rejected after the Noth London side insisted that they want Marco Asensio as part of the deal. (h/t The Sun)
Furthermore, Eriksen has also packed his North London home prior to the Champions League final, which indicates he is keen on summer exit. (h/t Mirror)
As a result, United and Italian giants Juventus have been handed with a major transfer boost in the pursuit of the 26-year-old.
United need a player like Eriksen
The Red Devils are in the middle of a summer overhaul as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is maximizing his efforts to make some notable signings.
Eriksen has been at the heart of Spurs attack over the course and in fact, he played a pivotal role in Mauricio Pochettino‘s historic Champions League run last season, where the North Londoners ended as runners up.
In the process, Eriksen bagged a total of 10 goals and 17 assists in all competitions and ended up third in Premier League’s assists chart.
