Manchester United are plotting a move for Juventus right back Joao Cancelo, claims Tuttomercatoweb. The Portuguese star has been in sensational form for the Serie A giants this season.

Cancelo – a revelation for Allegri’s side

Cancelo has been one of the key players for Massimiliano Allegri in clinching the Serie A title this season. The former Valencia man has bagged a goal and three assists this season, being a regular for the side.

Cancelo‘s daunting pace combined with strong technical skills make him one of the complete fullbacks at present. The 24-year-old is valued around €60-65million.

United looking to offload Darmian

The report also states that the Red Devils could use Matteo Darmian as a part of this deal. The Italian has now become a bench warmer at Old Trafford side after struggling to find his feet.

Solskjaer needs reinforcements

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is now set to rebuild the entire squad after going through an underwhelming season. The Norwegian boss has failed to create an impact after becoming the manager on a permanent basis.
