Paul Pogba wants to rejoin Juventus in the January transfer window, according to Tuttosport (h/t Metro). The Frenchman had re-signed for Manchester United from the Italian giants a couple of years ago but we haven’t seen the best of the 25-year-old.
The report adds that the Frenchman was unhappy with Jose Mourinho, regarding the analysis of the midfielder at the World Cup.
Pogba, who currently earns wages in the region of £290,000-a-week, led the French side to the title in Russia but he hasn’t been able to find that same form for the Red Devils this season.
United have lost two of their past three games and most of the team is yet to find the right gear under Mourinho.
The Metro adds that Pogba was involved in a clash with Mourinho last season which saw him being dropped from the side.
The Italian outlet reports that the poor relationship between the duo is the reason why Pogba wants to leave Old Trafford in the winter window.
The Frenchman will face the Turin giants as we have been paired in the same Champions League group, along with Young Boys and Valencia.
Pogba did have his best time with the Italian giants and for some reason, Mourinho has not been able to extract the best out of the 25-year-old.
The prolific midfielder is one of the best in the world and losing him in January would be a huge blow for the team.
