Italian journalist Tancredi Palmeri has claimed that Manchester United star Paul Pogba wants to return to Juventus but there is nothing going on in between the two clubs. Pogba was a star at the World Cup with France as he lifted the trophy and also scored in the 4-2 win over Croatia in the finals.
However, his performances under Jose Mourinho have not always been the best and there have been constant rumours of a move away from Old Trafford.
Palmeri tweeted that Pogba does want a move but he would cost Juve a huge amount given that he is in the form of his life.
It’s all true: Pogba wants to join back Juventus. But at the moment Manchester United are not willing at all to open a negotiation about him, and hardly Juventus will get a discount on price as with Cristiano Ronaldo, considering Pogba is at his career peak

Additionally, the player that could be involved in a swap deal is Paulo Dybala but Palmeri was quick to add that there are no discussions between the clubs.
A swap with Dybala is logically the only possible ground to make Pogba to Juventus happen, but at the moment nothing is in motion yet, and all in all Juventus would then definitely need to sell also Pjanic and probably Alex Sandro too https://t.co/jrBAZwKYSs

The one interesting bit about his second tweet is the fact that the Old Lady would have to sell Miralem Pjanic and Alex Sandro too, for the deal to take place.
While Pogba moving to Juventus does seem tough after their Cristiano Ronaldo deal, Juventus could offload a bunch of their players to sign the World Cup winner.
However, the Old Lady are not known for taking up crazy deals and hopefully, Pogba does stick with United for a few more years.

He does have a lot of quality and the only thing he has to do is be consistent for us. This season could be a make or break one for Pogba but with the World Cup under his belt, we might see the best of the Frenchman in the Red of United.
