The transfer window is over, but the new Manchester United boss has started making plans for the winter break. The manager, Jose Mourinho, did a great business this time around as he brought in four new top class players and according to the reports from Mirror, the Portuguese tactician has sent scouts to watch Juventus’ 18-year-old midfielder, Grigoris Kastanos.
The 18-year-old Cyprus international has two full international caps and is currently in talks with the Italian giants over a new contract and after the contract, his buy-out clause will reportedly increase to £17million. Well, till date, we all are aware of the fact that the money is never an issue for the Devils. Kastanos, who scored twice for Juve against Manchester City in a 2-1 UEFA Youth League win last November, is regarded as a great prospect in the sport and he could well travel to Manchester if everything goes according to the plan.
Kastanos is an Enosis Neon Paralimni youth player and he joined the Old Lady’s academy back in January 2014. He is yet to make a senior debut for Juventus, but besides that, he has represented his country in every level, from U-16 to senior level.
