Manchester United have completed four signings this summer with United’s record signing Paul Pogba being the latest entry at the Old Trafford. As the Portuguese boss had stated at the start of the transfer window United have signed four new players in the squad this summer and it is more about outgoings for the remaining part of the transfer window.
Inter Milan are reportedly closing in on Daley Blind as Milan’s new manager Frank De Boer looks to bolster the club’s midfield and defense. Reports suggest that Inter are preparing a £17m bid for the player after the club’s directors were requested to bring Blind to Inter.
Blind won four Dutch league titles with De Boer when the pair were at Ajax; however, De Boer also had to oversee the transfer of Blind to Manchester United in 2014 in a deal worth £13.8million.
Further Juan Mata seems likely to leave the Old Trafford this summer and if reports are to be believed, Villareal are already pursuing the player and are hoping that they will be able to convince him to move back to Spain with an offer of regular La Liga football.
Mata joined United from Chelsea in 2014 when David Moyes was in charge and is approaching 100 appearances for the Red Devils.
However, he may not reach that landmark with Mourinho now at the helm, with the Portuguese having already brought in Henrikh Mkhitaryan to take Mata’s role.
