Henrikh Mkhitaryan has been linked with a move Manchester United for some time now and in a blunder by United’s store website has all but confirmed the player’s move to the Old Trafford.
While the website displaying the Red Devils’s away kit also revealed the shirt with Mkhitaryan’s name emblazoned on the Red Devils’ away kit. Although this has been reported as an error by the websites technicians, it has done enough to fuel the ongoing rumors about the player’s move to United.
“Unfortunately an error has occurred on the page you were trying to view,” the message reads for those attempting to visit the site.
“The Store Technicians have been informed of this error and will deal with it as soon as possible, in the meantime please use the menu at the top of this screen to navigate to other areas of the site.”
The player’s transfer from Borussia Dortmund is reportedly set to be completed by the end of next week and thus he will be joining Zlatan Ibrahimovic in the attack.
Ibrahimovic, on the other hand, confirmed that he has signed for a move to the United on Thursday through his social media page wherein he stated:
“Time to let the world know. My next destination is Manchester United. I am coming.”-Ibrahimovic
The 34 year old player has agreed to a one year deal with the Reds on a £220000 a week contract and will become the fourth Swede to play for United after Jesper Blomqvist, Bojan Djordjic and Henrik Larsson.
