Henrikh Mkhitaryan has been linked with a move to Manchester United since the reports of the Armenian’s refusal to sign a new contract at his current club Borussia Dortmund started circulating.
Reports from the German side Kicker states that United have offered a new improved deal of £35m for the player after the German club kept on holding off the deal despite a fee of £26.3m was reportedly agreed upon.
Reports now suggest that United’s improved deal will get the deal through with further Medical checks and the approval from the boards, are all required to complete the move.
As Jose Mourinho prepares for the next season, the Portuguese manager is fully involved with the transfer this summer and according to the reports the manager has informed Marcos Rojo that he will not have any place in Mourinho’s plans for the squad in the upcoming campaign.
Further United target Paul Pogba has a higher probability to stay at Juve this summer rather than heading to United, according to the player’s teammate Paulo Dybala.
