United are close to complete a deal for Swede international Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Armenian player Henrikh Mkhitaryan. The Red devils are willing to pay Ibrahimovic £200000 per week and the player is set to complete a deal in the first week of July while, on the other hand, Borussia Dortmund have sent officials to the Old Trafford so as to finalize Henrikh Mkhitaryan’s move to the United. The Red Devils are prepared to offer £30 million for Mkhitaryan and are sure that a deal will be completed in the coming week.
Further into the summer, Jose Mourinho has set his sights on Wolfsburg player Julian Draxler and have put a bid costing £30m on the table for the 22 year old player, according to the reports from the Daily Star. The 22-year-old is currently enjoying a stellar tournament at Euro 2016 with Germany and is five years younger than Mkhitaryan. He left Schalke 04 for Wolfsburg despite having a personal agreement with Juventus last summer. His season was fairly disappointing, but Jose Mourinho seems to be impressed by his skills.
The reports state that Barcelona are closing in on a deal to sign United Full-back Matteo Darmian into the squad this summer. The player moved to United last summer in a £13.5m move from Torino and has made 39 appearances for the United. According to The Daily Star, the Blaugrana need a right-back as Dani Alves left to club to join Juventus. Barca’s director Ariedo Braida knows Darmian from his early days at AC Milan, which could help the deal along.
