Manchester United are preparing an offer of €30 million for Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci, as they have stepped up their efforts to sign the player into the squad.
The player has had an excellent season this term and has also been linked with a number of clubs this summer with a potential move in the cards.
Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho looks to boost his defense this summer and Bonucci seems to be his best bid for the same. Reports suggest that Mourinho has taken to like the player and thus have joined the race to sign the player.
United will be facing strong competition from Chelsea and Manchester City who are looking to sign the player this summer.
However, reports state, that United’s offer may end up getting rejected as it is only half of what Juventus have demanded for Bonucci. Juve have rated their star player at €60million and United’s offer for the player may spark bidding war amongst the clubs for the player.
