Manchester United are willing to meet Neymar’s £157m release clause so as to bring the player into the Red Devils from Barcelona this summer.

According to reports, Neymar’s agent Wagner Ribeiro has stated that there are three clubs looking to sign  the player and who are ready to activate his whopping release clause. Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United are all willing to pay the amount and bring the player into their squad this summer. However Earlier reports stated that the player has committed his future at  Barcelona in a new 6 year deal.

Mourinho has set his sights on Henrikh Mkhitaryan who reportedly wants a move to the Old Trafford this summer.

Mkhitaryan’s agent, Mino Raiola recently quoted that the 27-year-old would be allowed to leave Westfalenstadion next season:

“Those in charge at BVB promised Micki months ago that he can leave the club in the summer,” Raiola said. “Dortmund have an official offer, but the BVB bosses now fear their fans. All of a sudden they say that he has to leave on a free next summer. That’s very bad management.”

Further Reece Oxford will be heading to Newcastle United on a season long loan deal while Phil Jones has been assured that he will have key roles to play under Mourinho. According to the Sun, Newcastle manager Rafa Benitez is ready to bring this teenager at the St. James’ Park on a season long loan and is understood that he would play a crucial role for the Spanish manager in the Championship.
