Manchester Untied’s interest in Paul Pogba is genuine and is understood. Every big club wants to sign the French midfielder but only one of them can this summer.
Going by the report from The Sun, Manchester United are playing all their cards on the table to sign the Juventus midfield ace. The recent reports in the media have been flooded with the possible exit of Matteo Darmian and as per the new report, Darmian is being used a makeweight in the Pogba deal. The midfielder’s valuation is around £78 million in the open market and Manchester United are looking to reduce that by adding Darmian into the mix.
Juventus are also interested in the right-back, but are also favorite to sign Barcelona star Dani Alves. Mourinho apparently is interested to keep Ashley Young at the club and Juan Mata, Ander Herrera and Matteo Darmian could be on their way out. We are guessing if Pogba arrives, it will balance the deficit in terms of talent and cost though not in squad depth.
