Manchester United are reported to be on the verge of completing their first signing of the summer. As per the Portuguese media A Bola, a deal is near completion for the Benfica midfielder Renato Sanches.
The Red Devils have had a disappointing season and are set to be busy in the summer transfer window this year. The 18 year old sensation who had a breakthrough season at Benfica has been heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford. The report states that a deal for £47.5m is said to be almost complete. The Benfica president Luis Filipe Vieira wants Manchester United to pay over £32m for the player and the rest in bonuses linked to the player performance and contribution.
Manchester United are looking to rebuild their team again after the previous failed signings of Louis Van Gaal and Renato Sanches seems to have the nod of everyone within the club.
