This season the only thing that can be praised about Louis Van Gaal is that he has given ample opportunities to the youngsters. Naturally he must be popular with the youth members of the club. Reports say otherwise.

As per Daily Mail, several United youngsters see Louis Van Gaal’s authoritarian system as too old for current times and has labelled him “Grandpa”. Apparently they cannot wait for him to leave and Ryan Giggs to take over the managerial seat. As per the report the youngsters prefer Giggs to Mourinho because the Welshman is also another academy product and has the ingrained philosophy of developing youth in contrast to Mourinho’s purchase of superstars.

This comes as a shock as Louis Van Gaal has promoted several players such as Rashford, Borthwick-Jackson, Lingard, Fosu-Mensah to name a few. There is no pleasing the kids nowadays as it would seem. Ryan Giggs is one of the favorites to take charge of Manchester United if the Dutchman leaves.
