The Turkish club purchased Robin Van Persie and Nani last year and now wants to get another United player to join their squad. The 31-year-old World Cup winner moved from Bayern Munich last year and has not been able to make a stamp on the Old Trafford squad. In the recent years, he has been injury prone and given the rigor of English football is not currently in a state to play in English Premier League. With the overall contribution of only a single goal so far and the creation of hardly any chances, he has been nothing short of invisible in the Red Devils’ team.
A less physical league such as the Turkish one will most likely suit him more at this point in his career and the clubs there too are interested.
