Toni Kroos was one of the most prominent midfielder in world football after the World Cup 2014. He was wanted by Manchester United after the tournament but decided to join Real Madrid instead. Now, as per Daily Star, the Red Devils will try to sign the midfielder again this summer.
Real Madrid and Manchester United has a long history of transfers with several United players moving to Madrid however the last deal that Real Madrid attempted fell apart, David De Gea if you remember. As a result, the Spanish giants may not be very keen to sell Kroos but may want to land the goalkeeper in the deal.
However, United are believed to be offering a cash only offer of £40 million as they are not willing to let go of their prized goalkeeper. Toni Kroos has not been able to settle well in the Madrid team and may be tempted to a move to England but United’s Champions League spot may be a point of concern.
