As per Daily Star, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspurs are interested to sign the 21 year old, Hull City left back Andrew Robertson in the summer. Hull City is currently in Championship and the player is enjoying a good run. However given that they are currently at the second position they may be promoted to Barclays Premier League very soon.
The news is a little shocking considering that United already has Luke Shaw(injured), Marcos Rojo, Tyler Blackett, Paddy McNair and Matteo Darmian who could all play in that position. While Luke Shaw is a natural left back others can fit into that position in his absence.
If Hull City fails to get promoted to Premier League the player could be tempted to move to a bigger club. Beside Tottenham Manchester City and Arsenal are also said to be keeping an eye on the player. Frankly United may be better saving some money and giving chance to the academy graduates.
