The red half of Manchester and the red devils throughout the world are finally starting to be delighted with United’s recent form. Whether they are the efforts of the youth team players or just the general team play from the Reds, the club seems to be confident enough to maintain the ongoing momentum on pitch again on Wednesday against Watford City who currently stand on the tenth position in the Barclays Premier League table.

Team News

Doubts: Marcos Rojo who was injured against Arsenal may miss the game while Chris Smalling is also expected to sit out for this one.

Confirmed Absentees: Phil Jones, Luke Shaw, Cameron Borthwick-Jackson, Ashley Young, Marouane Fellaini, Bastian Schweinsteiger and Will Keane are all expected to miss out.

Form Guide:

Watford has lost all the last 10 matches against Manchester United in all competitions. The Hornets have failed to score in five of their last seven games in the Premier League. With their striker, Ighalo not being quite in form has only scored one goal in his eight premier league appearances so far this year.  Watford drew 0-0 to AFC Bournemouth on Saturday and have only lost one in their last five matches.

Meanwhile, the youngsters are performing incredibly well for the injury-hit United side during the critical time fighting for the top 4 spot. The 18-year-old, Rashford has scored 4 goals from 5 shots in his only 2 games that he has played for Manchester United.

United will be looking to win back-to-back league games for the first time since November 2015.

Sunday’s result for the Reds has aroused hopes of a charge to finish in the top four.
