Leicester City and Tottenham Hotspur has been doing extremely well this season. Even with an average team, they have played like a true title contenders and for obvious reason, their players and managers have attracted interest from bigger clubs.
Mauricio Pochettino has been a subject of interest from Manchester United and Chelsea. Both the clubs are facing the challenge of replacing their current manager with a long term solution and Pochettino’s work at Tottenham has not gone unnoticed.
According to Mirror, Spurs are equally preparing to stop their manager from leaving the club and ready to offer him a better contract. The current contract runs till 2019 but the Spurs management is not willing to wait that long and risk losing out the competent manager to bigger clubs.
Mauricio Pochettino has been lauded for his contribution to Tottenham by bringing in and developing the likes of Dier, Alli and Kane. They have been in a very good form and are genuine title contenders even this late in the season.
