Few weeks ago it was reported that Real Madrid are interested in signing Leroy Sane from Schalke by Marca. Today Mundo Deportivo have reported that Barcelona technical secretary Robert Fernandez has been spotted watching Sane. The report also stated that this is not the first time the club scout Ortega also has been seen watching the German youngster.

Additionally Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester clubs are also interested in the player. Apparently both the Manchester clubs are keen on signing the youngster as well and particularly City with the sporting director Begiristain being a fan of the player.

Sane has a contract with Schalke till 2019 and the release clause for the player is said to be  €37 million. The player scored 5 goals this season aside from 4 assists and is obviously generating a lot of hype. Many of the clubs mentioned by Mundo Deportivo may not necessarily be true and could just be a speculation.
