Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s contract expires this summer and probably every major clubs and their fans are already aware of it. The 34 year old has not slowed down by age and even in the last match against Chelsea managed to score a goal.
Now with Mourinho suspected to take over from Louis Van Gaal at Manchester United and the managers’ public admiration for one another, can we see a reunion happening at Old Trafford? Well, we surely can’t rule that out.
Zlatan has not renewed his contract at PSG and his rental lease is also expiring this summer and has not been renewed either. This indicates his intention to leave Paris. He has been spotted purchasing property in Miami and with PSG investing in David Beckham’s Miami based MLS club, it is likely that we will see him join MLS but that is not going to happen before 2018. So with the one year available in his hands and given a decent offer we may see Ibrahimovic at Old Trafford.
The player has already played in Dutch, Italian, Spanish and French league. Old Trafford stint could just add that missing Premier League to his resume.
