3 Managers Who Could Effectively Replace LVG At Manchester United (Not Mourinho And Guardiola)

published :

Manchester United have been on a downhill slide ever since Fergie left and they have never really recovered from it. David Moyes was appointed by the club, but under him, the Champions managed only their worst ever league finish. Van Gaal was bought in to arrest the slide, but so far there hasn’t really be any consistent result. Although United started 2016 well, yet the humiliating loss to Southampton at home has not gone down well with the fans, with several of them screaming for the boot.

British media houses have even went on to report that the Dutchman himself has offered to resign, and so, here we take a look at 3 possible coaches other than Pep Guardiola, who is most likely to take over Manchester City and Jose Mourinho, who is unlikely to join the club:

1. THOMAS TUCHEL

The current Borussia Dortmund manager is greatly underrated. The current Dortmund team are sitting second in the Bundesliga table and playing extremely attractive football. It takes great ability to manage a team that has the likes of Kagawa,Ginter, Reuss, Mkhitariyan and Aubameyeng playing for it. All of these players have great personal ability, but to ensure they work together for a common goal is indeed a very big ask, especially given it’s his first season in charge only. Jurgen Klopp may have built the core of this team, but Tuchel, with his tactical astuteness and passion, has breathed life into this side which makes him the perfect candidate for the United job. However, because of his inexperience, he may find it a extremely difficult at first, but we believe he can excel.

  1. Awesome more foreign managers who could bring in more foreign players with ZERO premier league experience who flop over and over again or take 2 to 3 season to start adjusting the premier league, What about the likes of Sparky or say any of the current premier league managers actually playing attractive attacking football right now.
