Manchester united is looking out for the Senegalese player Sadio Mane, who currently plays for Southampton. Jim Lawlor, United’s chief scout, was sent by the club to watch Mane play for Southampton against Manchester city last week.
Ranked 4th amongst his teammates by Sqawka, Mane plays as a midfielder for Southampton. With 64 goals to his credit of which 17 goals since he started playing for Southampton, Mane’s strength are considered to be dribbling and key passes. However, he has discipline issues as he gets fouled often and also commits foul as well.
Having watched Mane play against Aston Villa, united may make a move forward in January for the player. Mane can increase the potential of the Red Devils in the field. Although off late his performance has not been all that notable, he is still being watched by United’s men. But the question is will he get as much playing time in the united? This may be overcome by the fact that Mane is moving into the Champions league under one of England’s biggest teams.
