Manchester United are targeting Real Madrid youngster Endrick
Manchester United continue to show interest in promising young forwards. This time, their focus has turned towards Real Madrid’s Endrick. Journalist Marc Brus, in the Daily Briefing, first revealed the story, saying the Brazilian forward could leave the Bernabeu on loan in January. At just 19, he struggles to break into Madrid’s senior team under both Carlo Ancelotti and now Xabi Alonso.
The Brazilian striker is rarely finding game time, which has slowed down his progress. Though Madrid value him highly, they now seem ready to arrange a temporary move that could help his development. Several clubs across Europe, including some in the Premier League, are keeping a close eye on the youngster. Among them, Manchester United have joined the chase.
They hope to use Madrid’s readiness to loan him out. The Red Devils are showing a clear plan to add fresh energy to their attack, which lacks consistency this season. We reported earlier that Ruben Amorim weighed Benjamin Sesko’s Premier League breakthrough as
Owen questioned his training impact ahead of the Manchester derby earlier this season. United’s approach shows they view Endrick as more than a short-term solution. Yet the final decision depends on whether the youngster chooses a new challenge or decides to stay and fight for his place at Madrid.
The balancing act between potential and reality

Endrick has displayed sheer talent, as he possesses explosive pace with quick feet, sharp finishing, and a low centre of gravity that makes him hard to dispossess. His strength and confidence make him stand out for his age. However, the 19-year-old’s situation in Madrid frustrates him, as he is losing his rhythm playing so little.
His progress slows with every missed opportunity. Though Real Madrid agree to let him go on loan, Endrick’s pride might push him to stay and prove himself. For Manchester United, timing is crucial. Benjamin Sesko leads the line with two goals in seven Premier League games so far. The team may look for a backup who offers something different.
We also reported earlier that Paul Merson believes the midfield must get the best out of Benjamin Sesko at Manchester United. So, United will be hoping that their midfield creates more chances for Sesko. Meanwhile, Endrick could fill the role of backup striker if Joshua Zirkzee leaves.
However, the Brazilian is expected to get little game time yet again as a backup to Sesko at Old Trafford. So, even if Endrick has to leave, he might not choose Manchester United because he might find himself in the same situation as that in Madrid.
