The Portugal international current contract with the Rossoneri is set to expire in the summer of 2024. As a result, the Italian outfit are looking to secure the 23-year-old’s future at the San Siro side soon.

But the Red Devils are waiting in the flanks and weighing up a move for the 23-year-old. Apart from the Old Trafford side, Premier League rivals Manchester City and Chelsea, as well as Paris Saint-Germain and Real Marid, are monitoring the Portugueses’ situation.

Leao signed for Milan in the summer of 2019 from LOSC Lille. After taking a few seasons to settle in at the Italian outfit, the forward found his feet in the previous campaign.

The Portuguese has continued to perform at a top level for Stefano Pioli’s team this term. The left winger has made 35 appearances for the San Siro side, scoring nine goals and providing 10 assists.

Therefore, the young Argetine’s development would seemingly be hindered if Leao were to join the Red Devils. Therefore, evidently do not need the services of the Portuguese, considering the players already at the gaffer’s disposal.
