Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool “well informed” on Barcelona forward Ansu Fati
Manchester United, along with Premier League rivals Arsenal and Liverpool, are “well informed” on the situation of Barcelona forward Ansu Fati, according to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano on Twitter.
At the moment, the 20-year-old is attracting interest from several clubs in the Premier League, with teams tracking him. The three English top-flight giants are keeping tabs as well.
However, Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich are not looking to acquire the Spain international’s services. The Bavarians are not working on a deal for the forward.

As for Barcelona, they are not looking to part ways with Fati. The Blaugrana are keen on keeping hold of him. But the second half of the 2023/24 campaign has been tipped to be crucial.
The 20-year-old made his way through the famous La Masia academy. Then, in the 2019/20 season, the youngster broke into the Camp Nou side’s first team.
Unfortunately, injuries have hampered the Spaniard’s development over the years. In the current campaign, while Xavi has given the winger minutes, he has been underwhelming for the most part.
Also, Barcelona has an abundance of quality in the attack. They signed Robert Leandowski and Raphinha in the summer of 2022. The Blaugrana can also count on Ousmane Dembele and Ferran Torres.
Arsenal look a bit light up front, with Gabriel Jesus and Eddie Nketiah their only number nines. So the Gunners should evidently focus on getting a striker.

On the other hand, Liverpool have a lot of depth in the forward line. Jurgen Klopp can call upon the likes of Mohammed Salah, Darwin Nunez and Luis Diaz. They also signed Cody Gakpo last month.
United also seemingly need to focus on bringing an out-and-out striker. Anthony Martial has been injury prone, while Wout Weghorst is on loan at the club. Therefore, at the moment, it would be wise for the Red Devils to put a move for Fati on the back burner.
