Manchester United will allow Aaron Wan-Bissaka to leave the club if a replacement is found amidst interest from Wolverhampton Wanderers (Wolves), according to talkSPORT (h/t Manchester Evening News).

Along with Julien Lopetegui’s team, Crystal Palace are also eyeing re-signing their former right-back. The Red Devils had bought the 25-year-old in the summer of 2019 for £50 million from the Eagles. However, the Old Trafford side are willing to take a loss on it.

Both Wolves and Palace are in the race for the England U21 international. However, the Manchester-based club have no intention of selling him until they get another right-back.

Patrick Vieira’s team currently have Nathaniel Clyne and Joel Ward, who are capable of playing on the right-hand side of the defence. On the other hand, the Molineux Stadium side can count on Nelson Semedo and Jonny.

Wan-Bissaka used to be the first name on the team sheet under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. However, since the Norwegian manager’s departure, he has struggled for game time.

Ralf Rangnick’s arrival saw the England U21 go down the pecking order. The 25-year-old lost his place in the team to Diogo Dalot.

The former interim manager preferred the Portugal international in the starting lineup. Subsequently, Erik ten Hag has also heavily relied on the 23-year-old.

Wan-Bissaka was handed a rare start in our last fixture against Burnley in the Carabao Cup. The right-back did well as he provided an assist for our first goal in the 2-0 win.

The 25-year-old has not been at his best in recent months. However, the England U21 international is still a decent player. Also, Dalot cannot be expected to start every game for the rest of the campaign. Thus, it would be wise to keep a hold of the former Palace star.
