West Ham United interested in January loan for Manchester United full-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka
Manchester United star Aaron Wan-Bissaka is attracting interest from West Ham United, who are interested in bringing him on loan in January, according to Manchester Evening News.
The Hammers are looking to bring the full-back on a temporary deal in the upcoming transfer window. David Moyes’ team were looking to sign the 25-year-old in the summer of 2022 when the Red Devils were open to letting him leave.
Wan-Bissaka’s representatives, Unique Sports Management, are well known to the Irons. The likes of Maxwell Cornet, Michail Antonio and Aaron Cresswell are handled by the same management company.
The England U21 international signed for the Old Trafford side in the summer of 2019 from Crystal Palace. Under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, the 25-year-old was the first name on the team sheet.
However, with the Norwegian head coach’s departure, Wan-Bissaka has struggled to get regular game time. The England U21 international has fallen down the pecking order. This season, he has become a bit-part player.
Ralf Rangnick’s arrival saw Diogo Dalot get a run in the team. The Portugal international convinced the former interim head coach to stick with him. Under Erik ten Hag, the 23-year-old has cemented his place in the side.
The former FC Porto star has started almost every fixture for Man United in the current campaign. On the other hand, Wan-Bissaka has had to settle for just four minutes of competitive action since the Dutch manager’s arrival.
West Ham currently have Czech Republic international Vladimir Coufal and Ben Johnson at the right-back spot. In the recent transfer window, the Hammers signed Thilo Kehrer from Paris Saint-Germain, who can also play on the right-hand side of the defence.

Considering the former Palace star is seemingly not favoured by Ten Hag, it would be wise for the Red Devils to part ways with him. Hopefully, we can get a decent replacement to challenge and offer backup to Dalot.
