Borussia Dortmund youngster Youssoufa Moukoko attracting interest from Manchester United
Manchester United are interested in Borussia Dortmund youngster Youssoufa Moukoko. The Red Devils have entered the race for the 17-year-old, according to Spanish outlet El Desmarque via Madrid Universal (h/t Manchester Evening News).
Moukoko is out of contract with the Bundesliga outfit next year. And top sides like Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid are keeping an eye on the 17-year-old.
The German U21 international is unhappy about his game time at Dortmund. And the 17-year-old could leave BVB next summer as a free agent.

In the 2020/21 season, Moukoko made his debut for Dortmund in the Bundesliga. The 17-year-old came on in the final minutes of the fixture against Hertha BSC on 21 November in a 5-2 victory.
Since then, Moukoko has regularly featured for the German side off the bench. However, the Cameroon-born youngster has not been able to establish himself in the Bundesliga outfit’s starting XI.
In the previous campaign, Moukoko started just one game in the German top flight. And while the 17-year-old has stepped on the pitch in almost every game this season, he has done so as a substitute mostly.
United are seemingly in the market for a striker. Antony was bought by the Red Devils in the recent transfer window. However, the Brazilian was the only addition to Erik ten Hag’s forward line.
The Dutch manager has the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho and Anthony Martial to rely on as well. Youngsters Anthony Elanga and Alejandro Garnacho have also played a small role in the side in the current campaign.

However, United could evidently do with more firepower up front, considering the age of some of our attackers. Moukoko is still young and has a lot to learn. However, under the right guidance, the 17-year-old has the potential to be a future star.
