Everton star Anthony Gordon tracked by several Premier League clubs including Manchester United
Manchester United are amongst a number of Premier League clubs tracking Everton forward Anthony Gordon, according to football.london. The Toffees would seemingly be open to selling the 21-year-old if the right offer came.
Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea and Newcastle are the other sides monitoring Gordon’s situation at Everton. The Blues are leading the race at the moment for the 21-year-old Scouser.
Gordon has become a regular at the Goodison Park side over the last season. The England U21 international is the talisman of Frank Lampard’s squad. However, moving to a club where game time isn’t guaranteed would evidently be a tough decision for the 21-year-old.

The Everton academy product had a breakthrough season in the previous campaign. Gordon quickly endeared himself to the Goodison crowd. The 21-year-old’s performances acted as a spark for a dwindling side.
Everton were in a relegation battle last season. The side barely survived relegation from the Premier League. With some key players sidelined, Gordon was the one who stepped up.
The summer saw some important players like Richarlison leave the Toffees. Gordon has now apparently become the centre-piece for the Merseysiders.
United are seemingly looking to make moves in the final days of the season. Attacking reinforcements are on the agenda in Manchester. The forward line at the moment lacks strength in depth.
We’ve started the new season on the wrong foot. Erik ten Hag deployed Christian Eriksen as the centre-forward in the first game against Brighton & Hove Albion. Unfortunately, the Dutch manager doesn’t have a lot of personnel to choose from. On the bench, we have the likes of Anthony Elanga and Alejandro Garnacho.

Gordon is a bright prospect who plays with energy. The 21-year-is a willing runner, something United appear to need. It remains to be seen whether we make a move for the Scouser this summer.
