Manchester United have received over 20 transfer bids for youngster Alejandro Granacho this summer
Manchester United youngster Alejandro Garnacho has been in demand during this transfer window. The Red Devils have received over 20 bids for the 18-year-old this summer, according to The Mirror.
Garnacho’s performances in the pre-season have been impressive. Teams from around England, Spain, Germany, Italy and Scotland have enquired about a possible move for the young Argentine.
The 18-year-old didn’t feature in many friendlies for United. But he caught the eye after his performance against Spanish side Rayo Vallecano. It was the final game of the pre-season.
The young talent that the Old Trafford side currently boasts is remarkable. Garnacho is just one of the host of prospects in the United squad.
Towards the end of last season, we saw Hannibal Mejbri getting on the pitch for us. The 19-year-old was fearless in his play. The Tunisian brought much-needed aggression to the team in the little time he was given.
James Garner is another academy star that has grown leaps and bounds in recent years. The 21-year-old had a successful spell on loan at Nottingham Forest in the previous campaign. The Englishman was a key member of the Tricky Trees side that got promoted to the Premier League.
The pre-season under Erik ten Hag has also been a revelation for United supporters. We’ve performed well. But the most encouraging sign has been the performances of some of the academy players.
Zidane Iqbal and Charlie Savage have turned heads with the shift they’ve put in during the friendlies. The first game against Liverpool was when most learned who the two were. The duo made sure to showcase their quality.
