David De Gea had a great month overall as he helped Manchester United in wins and losses, which helped him receive the club’s Player of the Month award for November. While there were some hiccups along the way, it is undeniable that he was the best of the bunch among the squad.

De Gea’s form in front of goal helped us improve under Michael Carrick as Man United went unbeaten on a three-match run. Even during the slumps, he has been crucial at times to keep us in the game or make the scoreline respectable. His penalty saves against Watford were some of the best moments of this month.

Jadon Sancho and Cristiano Ronaldo were in the race, but the Spaniard rightfully deserved the award through excellent showings throughout the month. He enjoyed his best performance against Villarreal away in the Champions League while helping the Red Devils to a clean sheet.

The 31-year-old also proved to be crucial against Chelsea, where he helped the team to a point after making key saves early in the game. He kept the team in the match, having stopped a shot from Callum Hudson-Odoi, who was through on goal.

The goalkeeper would want to continue this form tomorrow as his team take on Crystal Palace in the Premier League. It will be the first game under the new interim manager Ralf Rangnick, and the Spain international and the team would hope to have a strong showing.
