Nine players up for sale as Manchester United eye Trippier and Camavinga
According to Mirror, Manchester United have put up nine players for sale as they try to sign Kieran Trippier and Eduardo Camavinga. The duo is said to be the next target for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after the Varane deal.
Manchester United have been the busiest big-6 Premier League club in the transfer window. Jadon Sancho was recently announced and then the Raphael Varane deal was also confirmed. However, it would appear that United are not keen on wrapping up their business.
They have two more transfer targets in the form of Kieran Trippier and Eduardo Camavinga. Yet, if they are to sign them, United will need to offload a number of players first in a bid to raise cash. For that, they have put nine players up for sale. The full-back trio of Brandon Williams, Diogo Dalot and Alex Telles could also be sold or loaned out.
Forgotten man Phil Jones could make way after a lengthy spell on the sidelines. Daniel James and Anthony Martial are names that could be on the chopping block. Returning from a loan spell at Lazio, Andreas Pereira still finds himself on the fringes and will likely be sold. Jesse Lingard remains one of the more sellable assets much like Axel Tuanzebe.
