Transfer News: Manchester United could send Amad Diallo on loan

According to transfer news from MEN, Manchester United could be looking at a loan deal for Amad Diallo. The Ivorian is currently at the Olympics with his side. However, given the huge number of attackers at Solskjaer’s disposal, the winger could be allowed to leave on loan.

The19-year-old arrived with huge expectations and it is fair to say that he appears to be the real deal. He made eight appearances for United, scoring one goal and making another assist after arriving from Atalanta in the second half of the season.

While he is still a work in progress, there have been enough moments to indicate he could have a long and successful stay at the Theatre of Dreams. Amad has not stopped impressing even after the season is over. He is playing a starring role with Ivory Coast in the Olympics.

As Manchester United play through the pre-season, Solsjaer knows that he will have to send out some of the youngsters on loan. Amad is likely to be one of them after the arrival of Sancho and Anthony Elanga’s performances. The gaffer gave a hint over Amad’s future.

Amad is no doubt talented and he could well go on to make it big but for now, the first-team is filled with one too many attackers. He would have to take more of a bench role and that might slow down his development curve. A loan deal will do him some good as he would get more games under his belt.
