Transfer News: Manchester United offered chance to sign Vinicius Jr
According to transfer news from Mirror, Manchester United have been offered the chance to sign Vinicius Jr. Real Madrid are looking to get the youngster off their books as they plan to go after Kylian Mbappe.
Manchester United are in talks with Real Madrid over a transfer for Raphael Varane. A deal is expected to be agreed upon sooner rather than later. However, Varane isn’t the only Madrid player who could be making the move to Manchester.
As the deal rolls on for Varane, Real Madrid have also offered United the chance to sign Vinicius Jr. It’s not entirely without reason though. Real Madrid want Kylian Mbappe but the club will also need to balance their books. Real value the winger at £68.5million.
While Manchester United have shown interest in the player, they will not pay that high an amount for him. The 21-year-old is said to be disappointed at the fact the Real are looking to move him on despite new manager Carlo Ancelotti wanting to keep him.

In no way does this transfer make sense. United have a plethora of wide players in the side, some of which can’t even get games. Add to that Vinicius’ finishing abilities and you have an expensive disaster waiting to happen. United should just stick to getting Varane from Real Madrid.
