Manchester United fans react as Paul Pogba impresses for France
Manchester United fans have never quite seen the best of Paul Pogba in a red shirt, at least not on a consistent basis.
The 28-year-old is however a different beast when it comes to the international scene. Pogba played a key role in Les Bleus’ World Cup win in 2018 and is now ready to take the Euros by storm.
Pogba formed an effective partnership alongside N’Golo Kante in France’s 3-0 win over Bulgaria in a pre-tournament friendly yesterday night. While he may not have scored on the night, Pogba put in an excellent performance that deeply impressed United fans.
The performance is a reminder of just what the Frenchman can achieve at United if utilised correctly. He currently has a year to go on his current deal and is set for talks when he returns after the Euros.
One of the best players in the world in his pomp, United shouldn’t just do all they can to keep him but also bring in a system that can maximize his abilities.
