Juan Mata gives his verdict on Manchester United target Pau Torres
According to the club’s media outlet (h/t Manchester Evening News), Manchester United veteran Juan Mata has given his appraisal of summer transfer target Pau Torres.
The Spanish international will line up against United this Wednesday in the Europa League final. It will give Ole Gunnar Solskjaer a first-hand account of the defender’s capabilities.
According to the report, United view the final as the ultimate audition for the 24-year-old. The Red Devils are seeking a new centre-back and a good performance could convince them that Torres is their man.
