Man United to make an out-of-the-box hiring to help boost the club’s image

Manchester United hire a lifestyle expert to boost the club’s image

According to the Mirror, Manchester United are set to make a big signing this summer, a lifestyle expert.

The club’s owners have come under fire of late for their antics off the field. If the lack of investment was a concern, the club’s participation in the European Super League was the one that broke the camel’s back.

Fans have since made it a mission to rid the club of the Glazers who are bleeding the club dry. The Americans have never been popular and the angst against them only appears to have risen.

Manchester United Legend Nicky Butt has given his opinion on the anti-Glazer protest that is shaking the club to the core.
United’s brand has taken a beating

The club is now keen to build it’s brand even further. They are keen to hire a lifestyle editor with experience in fashion, lifestyle and/or sports and apparel industry.

The Media Group is responsible for engaging its global fan base via social media platforms. United are keen for the new social media editor to bring to life products in an innovative and engaging manner.

They will be expected to manage the dedicated lifestyle social media channels, as well as upkeep a lifestyle vlog based around merchandise and product ranges. They will also have to create content that helps drive E-commerce revenue and work with influencers to amplify content and products.

The Glazers have ruffled a lot of feathers

United’s efforts come in light of the advantage we hold over our rivals on social media. The club’s digital output for 2021 is projected to be in excess of £90m, more than any other team in the sport

The club appears to be keen to drive home their advantage and expand their reach in the commercial sphere.

Fans meanwhile are hoping for a similar investment in the playing squad. For far too long have the Glazers made use of United’s name to benefit commercially.
