Manchester United to bid £90m for Spurs ace Harry Kane
According to The Sun, The Glazers are ready to sanction a big-money move for Harry Kane in order to win the favour of the Manchester United fans.
Protests against their ownership boiled over last weekend, leading to the game against Liverpool being postponed. United fans are adamant that Joel and Avram Glazer should both sell the club after their involvement in the European Super League sparked universal criticism.
The Americans are keen to calm things down and want investment in the squad to do the talking for them. They are ready to splash the cash for Kane in the summer.
One of the finest strikers in world football, the English skipper has spearheaded the Tottenham Hotspur attack for years. He is yet to win a single major trophy and could leave the club in search of success.
United, for their part, can offer him the opportunity to do just that. The Red Devils will make an offer worth £90million once the player hands in a transfer request.
