Transfer News: Manchester United are monitoring Raphinha
According to transfer news from Anfield Central, Manchester United are still monitoring and keen on signing Raphinha. There is also interest from rivals Man City and Liverpool.
The 24-year-old has been an impressive addition to the newly-promoted Leeds United this season and has awed the fans with his skills. The Brazilian winger came on the Red Devils’ radar after his eye-catching performances for the Whites. He has produced 6 goals and assists each in the Premier League this season.
Raphinha has done fantastically for Leeds this season and has been one of their chief threats. His eye for a pass, those tricks, flicks and dribbles, with everything he has done, he has managed to catch the eye of sides like United, City and Liverpool.
While the latter two already have players like Mahrez and Salah playing in Raphinha’s position, United could do with a player of his calibre. The right-wing has been a huge issue for the club for a while now with Mason Greenwood having to play there despite it not being his best position.

Provided United were to pursue a deal for the Leeds man, it would represent a significant bit of business from their end. He is a player entering his prime years and plays in a position United so desperately need personnel in.
Add to that, he already has Premier League experience and would not need much time to adjust to the surroundings at Old Trafford. However, United will have to fend off interest from their two biggest rivals.
