Twitter reacts as Manchester United star Andreas Pereira completes Lazio switch
Manchester United star Andreas Pereira has completed a loan move to Italian giants Lazio.
The agreement will also include an option for the Italian giants to make the deal permanent next summer for €27m.
Having brought in Bruno Fernandes and Donny van de Beek in successive windows, competition in United’s midfield was always going to be high.
For all his potential, Pereria was unable to land a starting spot at the club during his time there.
The Brazilian is a talented individual who won the Denzil Haroun Reserve Team Player of the Year in 2015. Pereira also made it to the Under-20 World Cup final with Brazil the same year.
Still just 24, he has enough time to reignite his career in Serie A. Chris Smalling did just that last season. There is no reason why Pereira cannot follow in his footsteps.

All the best to them both. Smalling was a good servant to the club and pereira tried his best but he just wasn’t up to uniteds standard. I wish them both well though
