Manchester United fans react as Fabrizio Romano reveals what Dortmund want for Jadon Sancho
According to reliable journalist Fabrizio Romano, Manchester United were told to pay up €120m for Jadon Sancho.
United’s interest in the Borussia Dortmund star has been the saga of the summer so far. The clubs have so far been unable to reach a consensus.
According to Romano, Dortmund will now accept anything less than their quoted figure. United for their part a new bid of around €90m. Given how Dortmund have conducted themselves so far, it is very unlikely that the deal would be accepted.
The path appears clear to United – either pay up or forget the player. The ball is in the Red Devils court and it remains to be seen if Ed Woodward will bite the bullet.
