Twitter reacts as Juan Mata impresses for Manchester United

Manchester United have made it to the semifinals of the UEFA Europa League.

They, however, made hard work of it and struggled to find a way past an inspired Karl-Johan Johnsson in goal. In the end, it was the dependable Bruno Fernandes who stepped up to score the winner from the spot in extra time.

It appeared to be of those nights for United as the game finished goalless at the end of 90 minutes. However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s decision to bring on Juan Mata proved to be an inspired choice.

The 32-year-old’s creativity was a key spark in United stepping up their game in extra time. With us just two games away from glory, Mata could yet have a chance to write his name into United folklore.
