Twitter reacts as Brandon Williams signs new long-term Manchester United deal
As confirmed by the club’s official site, Manchester United youngster Brandon Williams has signed a new four-year deal with the club.
The club also has the opportunity to retain the youngster for another year. The 19-year-old left-back has proven to be a dependable backup to Luke Shaw in his breakthrough season at the club.
Williams has made 33 appearances for United this season scoring one goal and two assists. Having been at the club since the age of seven, he is one of 12 Academy graduates to feature for the club in the Premier League this season.
The youngster described it as a dream come true and is keen to do well in the years to come. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer also pitched in and hoped the youngster would keep improving and continue to work hard.
