Ansu Fati decides to stay at Barcelona amidst Manchester United interest
According to the Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo (h/t Mirror), Barcelona star Ansu Fati has made a decision on his future amidst interest from Manchester United.
The 17-year-old came through Barcelona’s famed La Masia academy. He became the second youngest debutant in club history earlier this season.

“There’s no story with Ansu, we have never spoken about selling him. We won’t use players from the academy to make cash.”
Fati has impressed in his breakthrough season for Barcelona. He is touted as the eventual heir to six-time Ballon d’Or winner Lionel Messi. The Argentine too is aware of the youngster’s exploits and has an excellent opinion of him.
“He’s an amazing player and he’s got what it takes to succeed.”
