Twitter wishes Odion Ighalo a very happy birthday
As a life-long Manchester United fan, Odion Ighalo would have at some point wished he could don the famous red shirt while blowing out his candles.
On his 31st birthday, he finally got to realize the dream that thousands of kids dream around the world.
The Nigerian joined his dream club initially on a short-term loan. That has now been extended for another seven months until January 2021.
He has proven to be an inspired signing. Ighalo has scored four goals and one assist in eight games. This has aided us in our rise up the table in recent months.
He provided a dependable option up front in the absence of the injured Marcus Rashford.
It is the dream of every footballer to don the jersey of the side he supports. Ighalo finally realized it in his 30s. This is one birthday he will remember for the rest of his life.
