Manchester United risk losing Jadon Sancho to Manchester City

According to the Sun, Jadon Sancho is willing to return to Manchester City as he aims to push through a transfer to the Premier League.

Although Manchester United have expressed interest in him, the club is unwilling to meet his £115million asking price. Borussia Dortmund are sticking to their guns, which has left a deal in limbo.

The report goes on to say that the wonderkid has admitted to friends that he is open to a return to City if Pep Guardiola shows interest.

There has been a lack of progress in recent weeks regarding United’s interest. Touted as a priority, a move is looking increasingly unlikely.

“At the moment we’re working on the assumption that Jadon will be with Borussia Dortmund next season.”

One of the hottest properties in football, Sancho is in high demand. The likes of Liverpool and Chelsea have also been keeping tabs on his progress.

The youngster is hard to pin down and is an overwhelming force on the flank. At the moment, it appears unlikely that the club will sanction such a huge amount for him.
