Scott McTominay has all the attributes to make to the top with Manchester United.

Little did one know he is a deft hand on the virtual side of the game as well. Taking part in the eFootball PES 2020 tournament the youngster made it all the way to the final. You can view his journey to the final on the Youtube video uploaded on the club’s official channel.

Having beaten former United star Louis Saha, McTominay took on Arsenal legend Robert Pires in the quarter-finals.

The game ended 2-1 in favor of our star. The margin flatters Pires who was constantly on the back foot for the whole game.

McTominay took a two-goal lead into the second half before Pires took advantage of an uncharacteristic mistake to liven things up late on. On another day he would have been at the end of a drubbing having faced 21 shots.

He took on rugby union player Danny Care in the semifinals. In a much more evenly matched fixture, McTominay relied on David de Gea to keep him in the match. A second-half double by Marcus Rashford was enough to take him to the final.

In the finals, he faced off against pre-tournament favourite Barcelona star Griezmann. Interestingly it was a match-up that was in line with the teams on the screen as McTominay led United while Griezmann made use of Barcelona.
